During the
time the Clinton Administration was looking into national health care needs, a group of
physicians in Everett determined the need to come together. Small groups of physicians
were perceived to be ineffective as participants in the future health care market place.
In 1993 Western Washington Medical Group became an entity. Growing from four specialty
groups to a multi-specialty group of more than 70 providers, WWMG is a successful
physician directed medical group with a reputation for high quality and personalized care.
WWMG requires all physicians to be board certified/board eligible in their specialty. The
group strives to provide high quality comprehensive medical care for patients and to
provide a highly satisfying professional practice opportunity for its members.
