WWMG is a progressive physician-owned multi-specialty medical group with a reputation for high quality, personalized care. We are board-certified / board-eligible physicians in most specialty areas of medicine.
Hospital work is performed at the Providence Everett Medical Center, a tertiary medical center with special emphasis on hearts, vascular surgery, and women and children's health.
Our core professional work is situated mostly in the Everett area, but some of our clinics see patients on Whidbey Island, Arlington and Monroe as well.
Our wonderful environment is a particularly attractive location for raising a family, offering excellent school systems and a wide variety of cultural and outdoor activities. With WWMG you will enjoy a very collegial group which supports physician interests.
Our recruitment process is detailed including department and group review of CV's, telephone interviews, pre-credentialing and reference review. We include a number of participants in the interviews for you and us to learn as much as we can about each other. We believe our candidates are looking for a career opportunity. We want to ensure a good match.
WASHINGTON: Clinical Neuropsychologist
The Department of Psychology at Western Washington Medical Group is recruiting a full time neuropsychologist to join a busy, well-established practice. Post-Doctoral training in neuropsychology and eligibility for board certification is required. The ideal candidate will have interest, training and experience in assessment across the lifespan.
The practice employs administrative and psychometric support staff to manage scheduling, third party collections, and test administration. The practice structure also provides the flexibility found in a group practice, along with the stable and productive referral stream of an institutional position. Many of the referring questions have a psychiatric overlay, so an interest in providing therapeutic assessment is highly valued. The right candidate may also have the opportunity to combine psychological/neuropsychological evaluation with psychotherapy if desired. Subspecialities within assessment or treatment may also be established depending upon a candidate’s interests and training.
An excellent benefits package including full medical, dental, and a retirement plan is available. We are interviewing now and the position will remain open until filled. If the position has not been filled prior to the National Academy of Neuropsychology Conference in November 2011, Dr. Kearns will be interviewing candidates on location during the conference.
Interested candidates may apply by sending your CV, cover letter, and two blinded sample reports to lee.kearns@wwmedgroup.com or you may submit the same documents via mail to:
