Clinical Research Study for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).

Who’s eligible?

  • Patients* aged 40 to 80 years old with COPD for at least one year
  • Current smokers or ex-smokers (history of ≥10 pack years)
  • At least two COPD flare-ups requiring steroids in the previous year or one hospitalization due to COPD
  • No history of lung cancer or other active cancer
  • Have been on regular maintenance triple therapy for at least 3 consecutive months
  • Patients who do not have other respiratory disorders besides COPD (such as asthma, emphysema)
  • Patients who do not have a neurological disease, liver dysfunction, serious heart issues or lab abnormalities
  • At least one year of commitment with regular office visits
  • Patient compensation provided for time and participation

If you are eligible and enroll, you will receive all study-related care at no cost. You will also receive monitoring by a research doctor.

*WWMG patients are welcome to apply. Patients seen outside of WWMG are accepted, however we will need medical records from your treating physician.
