Telehealth

WWMG currently offers a limited number of telehealth appointments at our clinics. We encourage you to schedule an in-person appointment to see one our skilled providers.

Please note: Medicare and our commercial insurances have severely reduced the reimbursement rates for telehealth visits. As a result, it is unsustainable for us to provide telemedicine visits at this time. We understand this may be inconvenient for some patients, and we look forward to taking care of you in person at our clinics.

WWMG encourages you to share your concerns about these changes with your local and national government representatives. In particular, reaching out to your Congressperson and Senators would have the most impact.

For in-clinic appointments: If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, and traveled in the last 14 days OR have had close contact with a person with COVID-19, flu, or RSV in the last 14 days, please call us before coming to the appointment.

If you have a Telehealth appointment:

Telehealth appointments are conducted through our Epic software system (MyChart). If you have a Telehealth appointment, you will receive instructions shortly before your scheduled appointment via MyChart or email. If you do not receive instructions, please call your provider’s office at the number listed below.
