WWMG’s patient portal is now MyChart! The MyChart patient portal is user-friendly and convenient. MyChart keeps all of your health information one central place accessible from any device.

Some patients have reported problems with messaging their provider through MyChart. We are aware of this issue and are currently working to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

If you send a message through MyChart, please note it may take a few days to receive a response. If you have an urgent issue, please call your WWMG clinic directly, or use the Contact form on our website.

If you have an emergency or life-threatening issue, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.

Our previous Patient Portal: EZAccess

On February 17th, 2024, we moved our patient portal from EZAccess to MyChart. If you haven’t already, create a MyChart account now.

Please note: Messaging your provider via EZAccess was turned off on February 15 and turned on in MyChart on February 17. Messages sent to your provider through EZAccess will no longer receive a response.

If you have urgent questions, please call your provider’s office directly.

Medical information in EZAccess

You are still able to view past messages, test results, and other health information in EZAccess for several months to come. However, if there are messages or medical information you want to keep, we recommend you print it or copy, paste, and save the information in another format. To log into EZAccess, click here.
