About our AI Scribe

WWMG uses a secure AI tool called Scribble to transcribe our patient appointments.

With each patient’s consent, Scribble temporarily records the visit between you and your provider. Then, it generates a draft of the medical note that the provider always reviews and signs before it’s added to your patient chart.

How Scribble benefits patients:

Scribble allows more face-to-face time with your provider because they spend less time typing on the computer. In addition, appointment notes are clear, complete, and clinically thorough.

How is your privacy protected?

We take patient privacy seriously. Your privacy is protected in the following ways:

• Scribble follows federal HIPAA privacy and security standards.
• Recordings are 100% encrypted and stored securely.
• Only authorized personnel may access patient data.
• Recorded/ transcribed data is never sold or shared outside of WWMG.
• The recording is stored briefly to support documentation recovery (if needed).
• The temporary recording is not used to train AI models.
• Patients can opt in or out at any time.
