With a background in gymnastics, I know firsthand how musculoskeletal injuries can impact daily life and personal goals. My own experiences—both as an athlete and as a patient—sparked my passion for orthopedics and taught me the importance of empathy and teamwork in the recovery process. I strive to bring that same understanding and encouragement to every patient interaction, helping individuals regain strength, confidence, and quality of life.

My approach to care is centered on listening and collaboration. I want my patients to feel heard, respected, and comfortable sharing their concerns, and I make it a priority to ensure they leave each visit with a clear understanding of their health and treatment options. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or managing a chronic condition, I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way.

Outside of work, I love staying active—whether it’s hiking, spending time on the lake, or recharging with creative projects. I believe that a positive outlook and open-mindedness help me connect with patients and work together toward the best possible outcomes.
