About the Lake Serene Clinic Family Practice

Voted #1 by patients for “Overall Rating of the Provider” in the Puget Sound Health Alliance Survey, the team at Western Washington Medical Group’s Lake Serene Clinic Family Practice has provided top-notch care to the community since 1990.

An All-encompassing Approach to Care

Owned and operated exclusively by nurse practitioners, the clinic staff takes a holistic approach to treating patients. This team encourages preventative care, promotes health education, and emphasizes a therapeutic aspect to diagnosing and treating those in their community. Using evidence-based, empathetic approaches, the practitioners at Lake Serene focus on treating the whole person vs. just their specific ailment. They believe in nurturing the mental and emotional side of the patients as they help them solve physical issues.

The nurse practitioners don’t maintain quotas either, so patients can enjoy longer primary care appointment times than they would in a more conventional setting. More time during patient visits means more questions thoughtfully addressed and more personalized attention to their individual needs.

In addition, as part of the Western Washington Medical Group, patients who utilize the Lake Serene Clinic will have access not only to the staff on-site, but also a large network of specialists that the practitioners may refer them to, if needed.

Appointment Flexibility

The appointment flexibility at Lake Serene Clinic is one of the great benefits offered by this team. Open every day of the year except for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, the facility is available for traditional, scheduled appointments and same-day walk-in visits for more immediate care outside of the Emergency Room. An estimated wait time will also be provided on the day you’d like to come in if you call (425) 742-9119 in advance of your arrival. Alternatively, should you not be able to meet in person, TeleHealth appointments are now available as well.
