By offering same-day and Telehealth appointments, we provide accessibility and convenience for our patients, who may have challenging schedules or difficulty traveling on-site for a visit.
Meet Our Newest Providers
Christina Nelson, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C
Specializing in family practice, Christina Nelson has dedicated her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner to helping families at various stages of their lives. She earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology at Nursing at Washington State University and her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. She’s Board Certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and strives to provide “compassionate, evidence-based care in a comfortable setting with the goal to optimize health and prevent disease.”
Her specific interests lie in mental health, pediatrics and women’s health. When she’s not helping patients, she can usually be found outdoors with her family. They love to fish, boat, hike, bike and camp together.
Matthew Hauswald, PA-C
Drawn to medicine because of the aspects of diagnosing issues and problem solving, Matthew Hauswald has worked in a variety of areas of the medical field. His experience includes oncology, solid organ and bone marrow transplants, hepatology, spine and orthopedic surgery.
He completed his undergraduate studies in Psychology and Biology at Arizona State University and trained in the MEDEX Northwest PA Program at the University of Washington College of Medicine. He holds a DEA and Physician Assistant National Certification and is a Licensed Washington State Physician’s Assistant. He is also a Fellow at the American Academy of Physician Assistants and a Member of the Washington Academy of Physician Assistants.
When he’s not helping his patients pursue healthy, active lives, he can be found enjoying time with his wife and four sons on their family farm.

Another option for a patient visit is a remote E-visit through our Telehealth program.
