This relationship is an interactive partnership with shared decision making that provides accountability in meeting mutually identified health goals. Life is a journey with different seasons and experiences that influence one’s view of health. Validating these experiences allows me to join my patient’s journey and assist in meeting established health goals.

This results in an individualized plan of care embraced by both partners with routine evaluation of goals and treatments to identify areas to address as well as time to celebrate accomplishments. Every plan of care is fluid and can be easily changed depending on circumstances. Knowing this, empowers my patients to take an active role in their health.
