I enjoy working in family practice because I love partnering with my patients and empowering them on their journey to their health. I am a strong believer that health is not just physical health, but is a combination of social, mental and physical well-being.

In my spare time, I am often busy playing outdoors, camping, traveling, and playing my ukulele.  But my most favorite part is being with my family of three boys, my husband and my dog.
