WWMG Providers

Janae Xhelili, PA-C

As a family medicine PA, I’m passionate about building long-term relationships with my patients and supporting them through every stage of life. My early experience as a CNA taught me the value of trust and consistency in healthcare, and I carry that forward by creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their concerns. I especially enjoy working with individuals managing chronic conditions, as well as those seeking care in endocrinology and women’s health, and I strive to make each visit feel like a collaborative conversation.
I believe that patient education is key to empowering people to take charge of their health. I take the time to explain things clearly and practically, so patients leave feeling confident and informed about their care plan. My own experiences have given me a deeper empathy for the challenges of managing health day-to-day, and I aim to offer realistic, sustainable solutions that fit each person’s unique lifestyle. Outside of work, I love traveling, exploring new restaurants, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. My goal is for every patient to feel heard, respected, and truly supported on their health journey.
