My philosophy for patient care is holistic—I believe in treating the person as a whole, rather than just focusing on the symptoms they present with. I want my patients to feel seen, heard, and understood during every visit. While I may not always have an immediate solution to every problem, I am dedicated to trying my absolute best to help. My goal is for every patient to leave their appointment feeling confident in our shared treatment plan and knowing that all of their questions have been answered.

I was drawn to Family Medicine because of the incredible variety of conditions it encompasses. I particularly value the emphasis on preventive care and the opportunity for continuity of care. Building long-term relationships and a strong rapport with patients is important to me; I take pride in having an excellent bedside manner and making a genuine effort to get to know my patients as individuals in the time we have together.

When I am not in the clinic, I love staying active and exploring the outdoors. I enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, and traveling with my husband. I am also an avid reader and love spending time at home playing with my two cats.

• Preventive Medicine: Utilizing screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle counseling to maintain long-term health.
• Women’s Health: I am deeply passionate about women’s health and seek to integrate this focus as much as possible within my practice.
• Chronic Disease Management: Experience in managing complex conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and COPD.
• Acute Care: Skilled in urgent care procedures including wound repair, splinting, and the evaluation of acute injuries.
