Gabriella (Gaby) Romero is a dedicated Physician Assistant with a diverse clinical background spanning multiple specialties, including general pediatrics, reconstructive surgery, allergy, asthma, immunology, and otolaryngology (ENT). Prior to her PA career, she served as a medical assistant, ophthalmic technician, and certified EMT, giving her a broad perspective on healthcare delivery.

Her clinical philosophy is holistic, focusing on identifying root cause problems. She has a keen interest in the significant impact of chronic inflammation on systemic health, and on the treatment of chronic cough and dizziness, given the multi-system approach needed for diagnoses and management. Gaby is also passionate about serving diverse populations, sharing, “As a child of first-generation immigrants, I understand the impact that culture plays on medical awareness, understanding and management.”

Originally from Northern Virginia, Gaby moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2019 with her husband. They reside in the area with their son and their tuxedo cat, Nibbler. She enjoys hiking, creative pursuits, and staying active by playing pickleball and dancing salsa/bachata.
