Hannah Thompson, PA-C

My approach to patient care is built on a foundation of compassion, empathy, and shared decision-making. I am dedicated to creating a nonjudgmental environment where every patient feels heard, supported, and safe to discuss their concerns. My goal is to empower my patients to be active participants in their own health journeys by providing clear, evidence-based information about their conditions and treatment options so they can make informed decisions that align with their personal goals.

I chose Family Medicine because I am drawn to the opportunity to follow patients through every season of their lives. This specialty allows me to foster long-term relationships and build a strong foundation of trust with those I care for. My previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and my primary care-focused training as a Physician Assistant have deeply shaped my commitment to providing inclusive, patient-centered care.

Outside of work, I enjoy going on long walks with my dachshund, Riley, and my toy poodle, Bean. I also love cooking, trying new local restaurants with my partner, antique shopping, and tending to my growing collection of indoor plants.
