Wesley McCreary, PA-C

I’ve known that I wanted to work in the medical field since I was a young child. I’ve always had a passion for helping people feel better. Following my undergraduate education, I worked as an operating room assistant which gave me significant exposure to the surgical field and what’s involved with caring for patients before, during, and after their surgeries.

During my physician assistant training, I did an extended rotation in orthopedic spine care, which confirmed my desire to practice in orthopedics. Before joining the team at WWMG, I worked in orthopedic trauma and family medicine in Texas. However, I decided to move back into general orthopedics because I appreciate the ability to fix an issue and see the direct results in both the patient’s satisfaction and their improved function.

I’m excited to live in Washington State, as I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking, as well as playing video games and watching sports.
