Sharon Patterson has over 30 years of experience in the treatment of upper extremity injuries. She graduated summa cum laude from University of Puget Sound in Tacoma in occupational therapy in 1981 and received her hand therapy certification in 1991. She specializes in fractures and multiple trauma, as well as post surgical management of all types of upper extremity conditions from the shoulder down to the hand. Her expertise also includes conservative management of repetitive use injuries in the tendons and nerves of the wrist, hand, and elbow. Sharon also has extensive experience in the fabrication of custom orthoses/splints.
Away from work, Sharon enjoys photography, gardening, traveling, as well as spending time with family and friends. She has practiced in the Puget Sound area for the past 25 years and has two children.
